I HAVE JUST STARTED TAKING MASTER WATSON'S CLASS AND IT IS AWESOME! I LOVE IT!I AM LEARNING A LOT OF THINGS AND I AM EAGER TO LEARN ALL I CAN!
THEY ARE HAVING TESTING TOMORROW IN KIRTLAND AT THE YOUTH CENTER AND I CAN'T WAIT TO SEE ALL THE HARD WORK PEOPLE HAVE PUT IN TO TEST FOR BELTS!

Ok. I started doing x-fit and kettle bell training so I could get my weight lifting fix without affecting my flexibility and speed (in theory). I slowly starting including some body weight exercises and ultimately ended up getting rid of all the weights.
I'll give you the exercise and then the number is the MAXIMUM reps. You do one right after another until you are done. My best is finishing in 34 minutes on a Saturday after an extra easy week of TKD.

Push-ups (30)
Vert-box jumps on like a chair (10)
Clap push-ups or any plyo-push-up (15)
Lateral jumps over a bench (16)
Pull-ups (10)
Lateral Lunges or pistol squats (10 each leg)
Burpes with push-up or pull-up or BOTH! (15)
By now I feel sick to my stomach.
Box step ups (20)
Bicycle crunches (30)
Rocket jumps. Bring knees to chest (10)
Chin-ups palms in (15)
Jump lunges. Switch feet in the air (16)
Sit-ups (20)
Mountain climbers (10) per leg
Squat front kicks (10)
Standing x-ing knees to elbows (30)

Add or change exercises to whatever you want.
(Sometimes I still add weight, but not when doing this workout)
